A meeting held to expedite the long-pending expansion of the Mysuru airport on Saturday focused on resolving hurdles in land acquisition, with Mysuru MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraya Wadiyar issuing instructions to various government agencies to resolve outstanding issues without delay.
A meeting on ‘Development of Mysuru Airport’ convened by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) at the Municipal Hall of the airport brought together key stakeholders including GT Devegowda, Chamundeshwari MLA, Airport Director PV Usha Kumari, senior district and police officials and representatives of agencies such as NHAI, KPTCL, Southern the Railway, KIADB.
