Oil marketing companies (OMCs) including Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum and GAIL India confirmed here on Thursday that the fuel situation in Karnataka remained stable and fully under control, despite uncertainty in West Asia.
At a joint OMC press conference organized by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) here, OMC top officials said that Karnataka is supported by a “strong and well-distributed network of petroleum infrastructure” and hence there is no dearth of petrol or diesel anywhere.
