A former district manager of the Kerala State Co-operative Federation for Fisheries Development Limited (Matsyafed) has asked the governor to state the long-standing administrative victimization, harassment and systemic failures in the fisheries sector, which he claimed forced him into early retirement and caused significant financial and personal hardship.
In his complaint, TV Remeshan, who has served the federation for nearly three decades, said that during his tenure in various offices, he submitted several development proposals and administrative reports despite adverse circumstances. According to him, several of these initiatives were later implemented, which contributed to improved performance in the units and districts where he served and helped attract development funds.
