District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore, Commissioner of Police Shanka Brata Bagchi and GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg on Thursday inspected the arrangements for the annual Chandanotsavam at the Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Simhachalam scheduled for April 20. The Collector emphasized on efficient trained queue staff, implementation of Q codes. Officials were asked to provide adequate shelters, drinking water, medical teams and clear signage for devotees. Crowd control at prasadam counters and traffic monitoring were also reviewed.
DCP Mary Prasanthi, Manikanta Chandolu and Latha Madhuri, Temple Executive Director Venkata Rao and officials from various departments were present.
