After two days of ferocious queues and disruption of Hyderabad petrol pump there was a significant easing late Thursday morning (March 26, 2026), with crowds thinning and traffic returning to normal in much of the city.
In several parts of the city, gas stations that had been overwhelmed by panic buying since Monday night appeared visibly less tense, with fewer customers and a steady, more orderly flow of vehicles. Traffic, which had thinned out as motorists queued for several hours, began to stabilize, offering relief to both commuters and policemen who were deployed in large numbers.
