India’s T20 World Cup hero Shivam Dube seems to be on friendly terms with the paparazzi who are regular visitors to his luxury apartment complex in Mumbai, where comedian Kapil Sharma and other celebrities live.
A video on social media shows Dube on the phone at the reception desk of his apartment building when a paparazzo filming the video approaches the cricket star.
In the video, Dube looks surprised in a maroon kurta and acknowledges the paparazzi who greet him enthusiastically – “Bhai aapko dekh liya hum log ne (Brother, we’ve seen you),” the man is heard saying in the video before asking the cricketer how he is doing.
“Badiya bhai (I was great),” Dube tells the paparazzi, giving a thumbs up, to which the man replies, “Humara desh ka naam roshan kar diya aap ne (you have made our nation proud).”
Dube then jokes with the paparazzi present before asking them what they are doing in the apartment.
Paparazzi then told Dube that comedian “Bharti ji”, presumably Bharti Singh, visited “Kapil bhai” in a building known to be the residence of comedian Kapil Sharma.
