Rotary club honors more than 18 personalities for various achievements

The Kilpauk Rotary Club presented awards for excellence in three categories. Justice PN Prakash, a former judge of the Madras High Court presented the Professional Excellence Award to eminent cardiologist Dr. G. Sengottuvelu, Sake of Honor Award to Chinny Krishna, founder of Blue Cross, and Young Achiever Award to teenage seaman Shreya Krishna. PCR Rotary Club Secretary Suresh said that over 18 people have been felicitated for various achievements in the last 10 years. Club president Karthik Surendran highlighted key projects for hearing impaired children and free dialysis centers at Saidapet and Anna Nagar.
