The Chairman of the Bar Association Andhra Pradesh Nallari Dwarakanatha Reddy condemned the alleged attack by the advocate on the chief judge of India Brvai during the Supreme Court proceedings on Monday (October 6, 2025).
In the press release, Mr. Reddy, Mr. Reddy, described the attack as a prosecuted act that made a direct attack on the dignity, independence and sanctity of the country’s supreme judicial institution. He said it was the onslaught of the rule of law and the principles of justice that adhere to the Indian democratic structure and the constitutional rights of its citizens.
“No complaint or provocation can ever justify an attack or misconduct within the borders of the court, which is the temple of justice,” said Mr. Dwarakanatha Reddy, noting that every member of the legal brotherhood was compulsory to preserve his decor, discipline and festivities.
He called on the Central Government and Register of the Supreme Court to order an impartial investigation of the incident and to ensure strict legal steps against those who are responsible for such attacks.
