The Highs Grounds police detained up to 40 members of Karnataka Rakshan Vedike for disturbing Hindi Diwas, which took place on Thursday at the Taj West End Hotel.
Demonstrators threw themselves into the hotel, shouted slogans, tore banners, and disrupted the program, and created a panic situation among participants.
The police threw themselves into the place and rounded the protesters and detained them.
The Commissioner of the Municipal Police Seastant Kumar Singh ordered an incident investigation to find that any police safety garbage for the necessary measures.
