The collector Srdhar Cherkuri checks on Friday centralized intelligent cuisine in the Kadap district in the Kadapa district.
The Minister for IT and the Nara Loket will formally start a centralized Smart Kitchen project at the Zilla Parisad Secondary School in Chintakommadinne Mandal, Kadapa District, September 2.
The Minister will also launch the Dokka Seethamma Midday Meal Scheme, through which students from nearby schools receive nutritious and tasty meals prepared in this centralized cuisine.
The initiative was originally proposed by the representative of the main Minister Pawan Kalyan, who assigned 10 ₹ Lakh in the noon dining system, with other funds provided from the District Development Fund to establish a device.
District Collector Sridhar Cherkuri, accompanied by the State Director of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Srinivasa Rao, inspected the kitchen shed on Friday and ordered officials to speed up the preparations to ensure early completion.
The kitchen complex will include a store for storage of food, vegetables, cutlery and other cooking essentials, as well as a mini solar energy unit. They will use biodegradations to effectively manage waste with food and vegetable skin. The activities of the integrated kitchen, which act under the model and beam model, can be monitored through a mobile application. Before the inauguration, the collector reviewed security and logistics arrangement to ensure smooth behavior during a visit to several VVIP and public representatives.
