Actress Theresa Randle, known for her roles in the Bad Boys franchise and Malcolm X, is facing new legal challenges after her ex-partner sought a restraining order against her, alleging repeated incidents of harassment and threatening behavior.
According to TMZRandle’s ex-boyfriend Dario Pallini recently filed a lawsuit alleging that the actress has continued to harass him since the end of their relationship in 2024.
The former actress entered his house
In a court filing obtained by TMZ, Pallini claimed he returned home on June 1 to find the 61-year-old actress at his residence.
According to the petition, he found Randle “sitting in my closet with my dog” and “smoking crack.” Pallini claimed she looked surprised to see him and allegedly told him “she thought I was in jail”.

The alleged attack is detailed in the filing
Pallini claimed the situation escalated after he threatened to contact the police.
According to the petition, Randle allegedly threw a can of vegetables at him and hit him in the head. He then stated that he called the law enforcement officers, who made her leave the property.
Despite this, Pallini said in the filing that he remains concerned that she might return and try to enter his home again.

Pallini further claimed that Randle threatened to shoot him before grabbing a pole attached to his medical bed and swinging it at him.
He claimed the pole hit him in the shoulder before he could remove it. According to the file, Randle was arrested after the incident.

In her petition, Pallini urged the court to intervene, writing, “She is addicted to drugs and needs help.”
A judge has since issued a temporary restraining order, and a hearing in the case is scheduled for June 23.
