54 -year -old household filed a complaint against the Police Sadashivanagar, which claimed that in March this year this year the loss of 145 grams of gold and diamond valuables from its bank box at the local state bank (SBI).
The victim, the CD bind, did not receive a convincing answer despite the increase in complaints and repeated subsequent measures, which made it access to the police. On the basis of her complaint, the Police Sadashivanagar registered a case that charged banking officials under section 305 (a). A) (deals with theft in dwellings, means of transport or place of worship) on Friday Bharatiya nyaya Sanhit (BNS).
According to the complaint, the victim had since December 2022 at the SBI branch, at the SBI branch, in Colona branches and used the cabinets. She maintained her valuables, including 145 grams of gold and diamond jewelry in the cabinet, which was found to be intact in November 2024. She filed a complaint, but the officials denied to have some knowledge of valuable values, and said that no one had access to her locker. The victim then approached the care of the customer of the bank and the main officer of Vigilance, but all her efforts went in vain.
The officials told her to check the valuables at her house, and every time she approached them, she gave the excretion answers, she said.
