Earning worker at Snabbit concerts ₹30,000- ₹40,000 a month was able to put her child in kindergarten ₹1.5 lakh in annual fees while her family’s total monthly income came to approx ₹80,000- ₹1 lakh, according to the company’s executive director.
Senior Director of Snabbit Sai Kiran Singanamala shared the experience in a LinkedIn post, highlighting how the income earned by women in concerts can contribute to better education, more financial security and more confidence for their families.
According to Singanamala, the Snabbit worker had only been with the company for four months when he spoke to her. Her husband works as an auto driver and the couple is now earning ₹80,000- ₹1 million per month combined.
The manager noted that this experience made him realize the difference in monthly income ₹30,000- ₹40,000 can earn a family. He pointed to better educational opportunities, financial stability and greater self-esteem as some of the potential effects of women earning income.
Singanamala said this experience was one of the reasons he found it fulfilling to be a part of Snabbit, adding that the company not only creates jobs but also helps change lives.
“A few days ago I spoke with one of our experts who has only been with us for 4 months. She told me that she was able to send her child to school ₹Annual fees 1.5 L. Her husband is a car driver and now they earn together ₹80 thousand ₹1 liter per month. It made me realize how much a woman earns ₹30-40,000 can change a family’s life,” he wrote on Linkedin.
