Former Seediri Minister Appala Raju and YSRCP State Secretary Yenni Dhanunjaya Rao on Friday urged the N. Chandrababu Naidu-led government to fulfill the promises made ahead of the 2024 general elections.

Under the banner of ‘Vennupotuku Rendella’, the party organized protests in Palas, Srikakulam district and Vizianagaram district on Friday. The police were deployed to prevent any accidents.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Appala Raju said that lack of employment opportunities had made the youth desperate.

Mr. Dhanunajaya Rao alleged that the government had failed to implement the ‘Adabidda Nidhi’ scheme, under which every woman above the age of 18 was promised ₹1,500 under the ‘Super Six’ assurance.

He further claimed that the YSRCP will be voted back to power as people across all sections are fed up with poor governance in the state.
