Writer Honey Baskaran accused the Palakkad Mile Rahul mamkootathil of inappropriate behavior. In the Facebook post she described in detail the alleged misconduct. Here’s what she claimed.
The chairman of the Congress for Youth was first contacted by Instagram 9 June when she was in Sri Lanka. He responded to one of her photographs with the heart of Emodi and began to ask her journey. He also joked about election elections in Nilambur.
Initially, Honey replied carelessly, but later noticed a coquettish tone in his news. Then she decided not to respond further and the chat ended.
“I learned the vulgar truth for why you sent me a message,” wrote the writer from Kerala.
Later she heard from the others that Rahul had reportedly boasted a chat while drinking and circling the story as if it were approaching. He allegedly spread this false claim in his political circle. She said that her suspicion of his behavior was confirmed when other women talked about similar harassment.
“Women need to know this page.
“I’m afraid of women in your own side who have communicated with you. How much vulgarity had to endure from you? Women who shared any form of privacy with you now must live in silent fear now,” she added.
UPDATE: Rahul resigned as the president of the Congress for Youth Keral.
Congress leaders are ‘aware’
The writer also claimed that even leaders, such as Shafi Paramtil, were aware of such behavior, but ignored complaints. According to Honey, men like Rahul abuse women’s trust, circle private conversations into vulgar gossip, and spread false stories that cause trauma. She described such acts as more dangerous than direct harassment.
“People like you are not even able to be near women in public spaces, let alone continue politics. These men are inhuman,” she wrote.
Honey added that Rahul’s close colleagues warned her of their actions. According to her, if those who spend time with him have revealed these truths, it would show the extent of his shame.
“Rahotathial, the dirty spider, they weren’t your enemies, but your closest colleagues from Congress … If they even feel forced to bring this truth to someone like me, imagine how deeply they had to understand your disgrace,” she added.
Honey urged Rahul Mamkootathil to resign from politics.
“If there is some integrity shredding in your political career, the only honest step you can now take is to stop completely policy. This is real dignity,” she concluded.
