
All India Majlis-E-Lithhadul Muslimeen (Aimim) Assaddin Owaisi chief on Sunday hit BJP Nishikant Dubey for his notes against the Supreme Court and the chief judge of India (CJI).
Owaisi referred to the leader of BJP and said, “You people are tubular lights … You know what is Article 142 (Constitution)?

Article 142 concerns the constitutional provision empowered by the Supreme Court to make complete justice in any matter.
He said that BJP members have become so “radicalized that they are now threatening the judiciary by a religious war”.
Owaisi’s remarks came after the controversial statements of BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma regarding the Supreme Court and the main judge of India.

What did Nishikant Dubey say?
MP Bjp Nishikant Dubey claimed that the Supreme Court “stimulated religious wars” and questioned its authority. He suggested that the parliament should be closed if the Supreme Court is to make laws.
“The Supreme Court has only one goal:“ Show my face and I will show you the law.

With reference to the previous court decision, the judiciary has criticized the judiciary for handling problems such as decriminalizing homosexuality and religious disputes.
“There was Article 377, in which homosexuality was a great crime. The Trump administration said there were only two sexes in this world, be it Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, Jain or Sikh, everyone believes that homosexuality is crime,” Dubey said.

He added: “One good morning, the Supreme Court stated that we would cancel this case … Article 141 says that the laws we do, the judgments we give are applicable from the lower court to the Supreme Court.
“The best court asks the President and Governor to tell them that he has to do accounts. To Aane to Baad Jo Masjid Banne Hai Unke Liee Keh Raho paper Khao,” he added.
Dubey further claimed that the Supreme Court wanted to transfer this country to the “anarchy”.
“How can you put the appointment of authority? The President appoints the chief judge of India. Parliament does the law of that country. Will you dictate this parliament? … How did you make a new law?

The leader of BJP Dinesh Sharma deseed to similar sentiments, said that no one could “challenge” the President because the president is “the highest”.
“There is concern among the public that when Dr. Br Br Bedkar wrote the constitution, the rights of legislative and judiciary were clearly written … According to the Indian Constitution, no one can direct Sharma and Rajya Sabha. The president has already given the presidency.
However, BJP issued a statement on Saturday, which distanced themselves from Dubey and Sharma, saying that the party “completely refuses” their statement. Both deputies were asked to refrain from such comments in the future.

Bjp ‘jp nardda distance from MP remark
BJP chief and Minister of the Union JP Nadda post on X and said, “BJP has nothing to do with the statements of BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma for the judiciary and the main judge of the country.”
“These are their personal statements, but BJP disagrees with such claims, nor never supports such statements,” he read the post.
“BJP rejects these statements completely,” he said, adding that the party “has always respected the judiciary and joyfully accepted his orders and proposals.
Nadda said the two BJP management “and everyone else not to make such statements do”.
