Renowing engineering systems (YES), which provide solutions for engineering materials and interfaces, transport their first commercial tool “reflow acid in verhermical morals” to the leading global manufacturer of semiconductors from production facilities in Coimbatore.
The company’s press release said it was the first equipment made in India for advanced semiconductor applications, such as HBM’s high bandwidth (HBM), which is decisive for AI and high -performance computer applications (HPC) worldwide. T
According to the Ankineed Velaga, MD of ANO India, the company launched its Indian operations in Coimbatore three years ago and launched its production plant last September. Here he looks at the expansion of his facility and in the next five years he invests more than 500 crore in India in India.
The new Coimbatore device is designed to satisfy the growing demand for YES solutions, including VertacureTM, Vothermtm and Voroflection systems for advanced wafers and panels.
The company sends 15-20 similar tools in 2025 from Coimbatore for global clients, said Velaga Hindu.
