For nine districts, a yellow warning was issued, in the center warning of isolated heavy rain. The district, with the exception of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Idukki, Palakkad and Wayanad, are likely to experience showers on Tuesday from 64.5 mm to 115.5 mm rain in 24 hours. Furthermore, strong Westerlies are likely to predominate over Keraral and the Lakshadweep area in lower tropospheric levels from Thursday. This will probably cause some intense magic across the state driven by cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal.
