The fast champion Yash Dayal from the left arm was forbidden to participate in the Association of the UP T20 League Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA). The decision comes as a result of accusation of sexual harassment against cricket because it faces charges of rape in Ghaziabad and Jaipur.
In the case of Ghaziabad, Dayal faces sexual exploitation under the pretext of marriage and He received protection against arrest from the High Court in Allahabad. However, the Jaipur High Court refused to give relief from the arrest, given the sensitivity of the case involving the minor. Another hearing is scheduled for 22nd August and the threat of arrest is developing on cricket.
Dayal was supposed to play for Gorakhpur Lions in the UP T20 League 2025 after it was purchased for RS 7 lakh franchise. In the last two years, a 27 -year -old has been on top of his game and even played a key role in helping Royal Challengers Bengalur (RCB) to win his first IPL (Indian Premier League) in 2025 and the winning campaigns of 13 goals.
His career, however, is now seriously endangered in cases of sexual attack back together with the second filed at the Sangner Sadar Police Station in Jaipur, involving minors.
