Rashtriya Janata’s leader Dal (RJD) Tejashwi Yadav on Saturday (May 3, 2025) asked people belonging to extremely backward classes (EBC), considering the main voters of Nitish Kumar and his Janata (United) to change the elections in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
Mr. Yadav claimed that Bihar no longer needed Khata Gaadi (outdated vehicle) because it was time to bring a new vehicle.
He spoke during “Atipichda Jagao – Tejashwi Sarkar Banao (awakened EBC and brought Tejaswi’s government) organized by RJD EBC Cell at Patn’s Miller High School Ground.
Key bank voting
There have been a large number of people from the EBC groups to participate in the assembly and constantly scream the slogans to support Mr. Yadav and call it other main Minister Bihar.
According to a survey based on Bihar caste, EBC is the largest block of the population with the voting bank of more than 36% of voters. This piece is considered a key reason why Mr. Kumar has remained in Bihar in power for the last 20 years.
Mr. Yadav claimed that the Narendra Modied Government Modied National Alliance (NDA) performed anti-capital work against the interests of the Dalits, backward and extremely backward class.
The assembly was chaired by President EBC RJD Arvind Kumar Sahani. The older brother of Mr. Yadava was also present.
“Atrocities against EBC, Dalits”
The opposition leader Mr. Yadav accused Mr. Kumar of the support of unemployment and migration along with the constant increase in atrocities against the back -class. He claimed to be set behind bars in false cases.
“After the ban, people are backward and harassed and imprisoned by the Dalitian society. BJP kidnapped Nitish, and he himself gives evidence that BJP is kidnapped at public meetings and said he was not going here and there,” said Mr. Yadav.
“JD (U) is operated by the same people who are engaged in the strengthening of BJP policy. No back -class leader has a good ministry in Bihar. People sitting in the government told us how much DMS and SPS come from back grade? Nitish is tired and tired at the show,” Yadav said.
“Give RJD a chance”
Yadav praised his father’s work and head of RJD Lalu Prasad Yadav for back -up classes and said his parents had increased the reservation for back castes from 18% to 25% in educational institutions and government jobs.
He added that under the government of Mahagathbandhan, the reservation was increased from 50% to 65% and the proposal was sent from the Bihar cabinet to the central government to include the state within the 9th of the Constitution, to which it had never happened.
Mr. Yadav claimed that corruption had increased according to the NDA rule and claimed that no work was done without providing bribes.
“Give me one chance, create a new government and I guarantee work and security. Tejashwi Yadav will give you everything and I will not compromise with the law and order. Tejashwi will send all those people who are corruption,” Mr. Yadav said.
