
The National Academy of Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBSNAA), Mussooria, in cooperation with the Administrative Educational Institute (ATI), Mysuru, organizes a strategic leader and mentor workshop for district judges and district collectors – edition 3.0 in ATI on Friday September 19.
The edition said that the upcoming training program is 3. The edition of this seminar and will participate in 40 officers from the southern region, including Karnatak, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Puduchherry. It also creates a platform for innovations for cooperation and innovation in the field of administration.
LBSNAA launched focused workshops for district collectors/ representatives of commissioners to strengthen training provided to trainee trainees (OTS) during their district attachments.
He said that these workshops are designed to strengthen the mentor role of higher officers. In addition, it will promote mutual learning and equip them with tools and strategies to support probation workers in obtaining practical skills, trust and administrative release, the edition said.
LBSNAA is a premiere training in a country that has been entrusted with training members of Indian civil services. OTS Indian administrative services (IAS) undergo two -year training organized by LBSNAA and are sent to the relevant cadres as a substantial part of this training, which lasts almost 52 weeks, to undergo training at the level of districts where they gain practical experience under the district judges.
Sriram Taranicants, IAS and LBSNAA director, start a workshop and set a context for strategic leadership and mentoring in the district administration. This will be followed by an overview of the district educational initiatives Shanmuga Priya Mishhr, Deputy Director (senior), LBSNAA, according to the edition.
V. Lalithalaxmi, Secretary, Capacities Commission, will share lessons from the field focused on developing training and sowjanya, the joint director of LBSNAA, will present key indicators of the regional perspective administration.
In the afternoon, the district judges/ representatives of the commissioners will participate in a discussion on a round table on the calls facing in the district training, followed by interaction with LBSNAA director for strategic instructions, the release said.
The knowledge and strategies based on this workshop are further enriched by district educational programs, thus supporting the development of capable, responsive and citizens focused administrators, he added.
