
Bell’s first digital classes for students from I to X, based on revised textbooks, will start broadcasting on the Kite Victters from 9 July, the Minister of General Education said V. Sivankutty.
On Sunday he spoke via video conferences at a workshop organized by Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) for secondary school teachers in ALAPPUZHA, Mr. Sivankutty said that digital classes were prepared as further support for students. The program took place on the government model of the High Secondary School, AmbbalAppuzha, as part of the Samagra Shiksha project to improve quality in order to introduce an academic monitoring platform.
The workshop was attended by 192 secondary school teachers from all over the district.
Kite CEO K. Anvar Samath said that all teachers throughout the state will have training in July and that the digital platform for academic monitoring and mentoring of students would become a fully functional way accessible to parents.
The method of using the Samagra Plus portal for planning and monitoring the implementation of academic main plans was explained at the workshop. Samagra Plus, developed kite, includes features that allow monitoring and providing instructions from top to bottom.
Through the portal (www.samagra.kite.kerala.gov.in) teachers can prepare and store digital plans and submit them to teachers. In addition, students and parents can use digital resources on the portal through the “Learning Room” function. ..
