The 29 -year -old worker reportedly blocked his nephew to death on Sunday, June 8, including a mobile phone in Batlahalli, which falls under Chintamani Taluk from the Chikkoballapura district in Karnataka.
The deceased, sugged, suffered severe head injuries and was hurried to the local hospital. He was then moved to Nimhans in Bengalur, where he succumbed to Tuesday, June 10.
According to the police, Sunil and the accused Ramesh lived in the same house as part of the common family and both worked as workers. Sunil reportedly borrowed Ramesh’s phone and did not return it.
The duo fought for the problem on Sunday evening and Sunil refused to return the phone. In a bout of rage, Ramesh came out and returned late at night as he slept. Before he escaped, he allegedly raised the boulder and crushed Sunina’s head.
Police have haired the case of the murder and is looking for Ramesh.
