On Saturday, the Minister of Trade Unions for Heavy Industry and Steel HD Kumaraswamy reaffirmed his obligation to bring the main industry to the Mandy Lok Sabha election district and stated that he would personally seek cooperation between the State Government for the development of the region.
Kumaraswamy said that at the Platinum Jubilee celebrations at Mandyi, Mandyi, he said that the aspirations of Mandy’s people must be carried out through unity and permanent effort. “I was elected with the blessing of voters who crossed the lines of caste and parties. I am determined to strive for a meaningful development of the constituency,” he said.
He noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi instructed him a key ministerial responsibility and that she was actively working to establish the main industries in Mandy. The cooperation of the state government is necessary for this vision to be of reality.
Mr. Kumaraswamy emphasized the recent development, including the CRS 4 GBP sanctions for the construction of Raith Bhavan and Crore 2.5 GBP for the Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences (CSR) initiatives. “It is unfortunate that political infighting has appeared over the expenses of Raithy Bhavan.”
Mr. Kumaraswamy said about the future of Mysugar High School that he currently has about 30 students. The leadership was told to obtain consent to start courses before the university to improve the enrollment and prepare a detailed plan for the transformation of this school into a model institution.
“I will provide full support. The rich school heritage must be preserved and brought up,” he added.
The Minister spoke about the ongoing efforts to revive the Iron and Steel Power Plant Visvesvaraya in Bhadravati with a proposed investment of 15,000 GBP to 18,000 Crore and criticized the state government for allegedly creating obstacles to the public sector sector, such as HMT. “We are determined to protect Mysore Maharajas and M. Visvesvaraya,” Mr. Kumaraswamy said.
