TDP National President and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday (June 25, 2026) said that the party’s success in the next local body elections will depend on the efforts of grassroots cadre and leaders and public outreach. He asked them to work together for the party’s victory in the elections.

On the second day of his tour of Kurnool district, Mr. Naidu held a review meeting with TDP functionaries at Madhavaram in Mantralayam constituency. He asked every party worker to behave like a soldier in the fight for electoral success. “I will lead from the front as a commander,” he said, asking the cadre to strengthen the group at all levels.

After attending the inauguration of the newly established ridge gates of the Tungabhadra dam, Mr. Naidu arrived at Madhavaram where he received a rousing welcome from the party’s constituency in-charge N. Raghavendra Reddy.

Mr. Naidu asked the party workers to bring welfare and development programs directly to the people. He assured them that the government was committed to the development of the western parts of Kurnool district.
