
The International Criket Council (ICC) officially unveiled the entire timetable for the World Cup ICC 2025 women’s cricket championship, which will host India and Sri Lanka from September 30 to November 2, 2025.
Hosts of India will start 13. Edition From the 50-over tournament against Sri Lanka at the M. Chinnaswama stadium in Bengaluru 30 September.
The ruling masters of Australia will start their title defense against New Zealand – current World Cup holders T20 women – 1 October in Indore.
One of the most anticipated clashes of the tournament, India vs Pakistan, is scheduled for October 5, and the match will be held in Colombo.
The eight-day tournament will be followed by a round Robin format where each team will face others. The four best teams at the end of the group phase will advance to the semifinals.
All teams also participate in two warm -up matches, starting from September 24th. India is suitable for England, Bengaluru 24 September, followed by a clash with the South Africa Republic 27. September in Guwahati.
This will be the 13th edition of the World Cup ICC Women’s Odi with eight teams. The tournament will be followed by a single round format, each team will play the second seven. The four best teams at the end of the group phase will advance to the semifinals.
The best rated team will face the fourth team in the first semifinals. In the second semifinal they will meet second and third.
Two semifinals are scheduled for October 29 and the final will be played on 2 November.
The matches will take place in five locations in a hybrid model shared between India and Sri Lanka:
