The edition of the 50-over tournament will take place from September 30 to November, and the matches will be played in five places in India and Sri Lanka. The host stadiums include M. Chinnaswamy (Bengaluru), ACA Stadium (Guwahati), Girl Stadium (Indore), ACA-VDCA Stadium (Visakhapatnam) and R. Premadasa Stadium (Colombo).The tournament will start with a high voltage of the opening match with India in Bengaluru 30 September and after 12 years will mark the return of the World Women’s Cup to Indian soil.The first semifinals will be held on October 29 in Guwahati or Colombo, followed by the second semifinals 30 October in Bengalur.The big final is scheduled for Sunday, November 2, and will be held in Bengalur or Colombo, which will give both finalists at least two days for preparation.
