On Wednesday, the Kizhakkanchery woman in the district was arrested for alleged cheating a man of 3 lakh by promising him work abroad. Archana Dadingachan, 28 years, was arrested by a police team from the Panniyankars in Kozhikode after the complaint of a man from Kallai.
The police said Mrs. Dadingachan was involved in several cheating in different parts of the state. Three months ago she was arrested from Nedumbassery.
The police said she introduced herself as a foreign recruitment agency owner and cheated on young people of her money. According to the police, there are two cheating cases in Kochi and one case in Vellamund in Wayanad.
