A 40 -year -old woman accused Munirathn on Tuesday, Rajarajeshwarinar Mla, of threatening her two years ago in his office two years ago in his office, threatening them with terrible consequences.
On the basis of the complaint, the police accused RMC Yard Munirathn and four of his collaborators according to Section 376d (Gangrape), 270 (maliciously carry out any behavior to disseminate dangerous illness), 323 (voluntarily causing injuries), 354 (outrage of modernization), 506 (criminal matter) and 509 (IPC intensity).
According to the complaint, the accused allegedly had a resentment against the victim for being a BJP worker and using his influence to go against it two false cases.
While she was bail in June 2023, his co -workers reportedly approached her and took her to Muninathny’s office in promising help YESHWANTHPUR. The defendant allegedly raped her and threatened to kill the son of the victim, she said in a complaint.
Later, the accused allegedly dropped her home and threatened to kill her and her family if she would reveal the incident to someone.
The victim claimed that this January she developed health complications and went to the hospital where the doctor confirmed that she was suffering from an incurable disease.
Reportedly she tried to end her life on Monday, but her neighbor saved her by taking her to the doctor. After recovery she turned to the police and filed a complaint.
