A 48 -year -old woman was buried on Friday morning when she joined Kunnur on Friday morning. The victim, Julie of Maliakal House, Thekkekar, was when visiting a family farm to collect coconuts.
The electric pipe that burst and fell from the connection of the engine to the field caused a fatal shock. Her husband, Benny, who was with her, also suffered an electric shock, but miraculously survived.
Julie was rushed to the Thrissur Government Medical College Hospital, but her life could not be saved.
