Head of the adoption initiative, Sujaya Jagadish, a resident of North Bengaluru, adopted 20 stray dogs in Bengaluru North City Corporation limits on Sunday.
The adoption was facilitated by the corporation as part of its efforts to humanely manage street dogs, promote adoption and animal welfare, said Pommala Commissioner Sunil Kumar.
