Pool A includes India, Japan, China and Kazakhstan, while the pool B includes Malaysia, Korea, Bangladesh and the Chinese Tai -Pej.Indian opponent Pakistan will not be part of the tournament.This contributes to the fact that Pakistani withdrawal from the Asia Cup hockey tournament has increased a new uncertainty about the stability and hosting of future international events in the region.The competition will advance after the pool phase, with the final plan for 7 September.
