Seema Haider, a Pakistani woman who has left her country to marry her Indian lover, is again in the center of attention, but this time for incorrect reasons.
The Indian government announced a number of measures against Pakistan as a result of a terrorist attack in Pahalgam Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 men.

“Seema is no longer a Pakistani national. She has married Sachin Meena, a large noid resident, and recently gave birth to her daughter Bharti Meen.
Singh claimed that the command of the center was only applicable to those who currently hold Pakistani citizenship.
“Seema is in India and she is Indian. Female nationality is determined by her husband’s nationality after marriage,” he said.
He also pointed out that her case was different because she was already investigated by the anti -terrorist team (ATS).
“I also filed a petition on her behalf with the Indian President. She is on bail and fully met the conditions set by the Jewish court, including her sister -in -law stay in Rabupur, Greater Noida,” Singh added.
Singh quoted international legal frameworks and said: “The International Court of Justice and the custody Act clearly state that the mother is the best guard for the child. Would you like to send a daughter born in India to Pakistan?”
He said that marriage and motherhood of Seema are part of a naturalized process.
“The Orolecate letter published by Uttar Pradesh names Seem Meenu as a mother and Sachin Meena as a child’s father. This strengthens her integration into an Indian society,” the lawyer said.
