Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President MK Stalin on Tuesday (April 14, 2026) warned of a massive protest that would bring the state to a standstill if the BJP-led Union government takes a delimitation decision that would affect southern states and offer more political power to northern states.
“We will not remain silent. Tamil Nadu will stand still. It will register its protest vehemently. Every family will come to the streets. We will organize a big protest under my leadership,” he said in a video message.
