India Majlis-E-Ithadul Muslimeen (Aimim) President Assaduddin Owaisi announced on Saturday that he would be part of the parliamentary delegation of all parties to Europe to represent an Indian attitude to terrorism.
The visit comes against the background of increased tension between India and Pakistan after the terrorist attack of Pahalgam.
Owaisi, who addressed the media at Aimim in Darussalam, said that a delegation led by BJP Bijayant Panda, such as Denmark, Great Britain, France, Italy and Germany, will visit Indian fight against terrorism.
“We will represent our country,” Mr. Owaisi said, adding that the delegation would talk about terrorism costs. “Our daughters become widows, our children become orphans and Pakistan wants to destabilize our country,” he said.
He emphasized the strategic challenges facing India, especially in relation to China and Pakistan. “There is a joint training of Pakistani and Chinese pilots. Most, more than 60% to 70%, Pakistani military equipment are Chinese.” We must not forget that we are also dealing with Chinese units in Galwan. “
In commentary on relationships in India-Turkiy, he called on the government to communicate with Ankara with an Indian victim in terrorism. He pointed out that India exports more to Turkiy than he imports, and noted that Turkiya, as a member of the European Customs Union, has a significant logistics value.
“More Muslims in India than then”
Turkiye, he said, should be reminded of long -term cultural ties with India. He stressed that there were more Muslims in India than in Pakistan. “Pakistan has nothing to do with Islam because of how they behave,” he said.
He reiterated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should announce a ceasefire, instead of US President Donald Trump. He criticized Trump’s delay from the trade and said, “Is it a joke? Will we stay calm for trade? Will the US take responsibility (to prevent other terrorist attacks)? They (Pakistan) are beggars.
On India’s foreign policy, Mr. Owaisi reiterated his support for diplomatic engagement with Afghanistan and indicated a recent interview with the Jaishankar of the Minister of External Affairs with the Taliban. He emphasized the importance of the port of Chabahar in Iran and called him necessary for circumvention of Pakistan for access to Afghanistan. “They (Afghanistan) are tired of neighboring countries (Pakistan).”
Owaisi responded to reports of alleged hate crimes after the terrorist attack of Pahalgam and said that such incidents were largely reported in the States of controlled BJP. He called on the action of calling the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita sections. He also criticized Madhya Pradesh by Minister Vijay Shah for his remarks about Colonel Sofiya Qureshi and urged the BJP leadership to take disciplinary steps.
