On Monday, the President of the BJP state unit K. Annamalai criticized the amendment to the government of Tamil over the government in Madras High Court against the search and seizure operation conducted by the Directorate for enforcement (ED) in Tamil Nada State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC) at the beginning of this month.
In the social media post, Mr. Annameai noted: “Jitters, panically and desperate. Govt DMK wants them not to question them about corruption more than 1,000 Cores in Tasmac.
The proposal to change the state government, along with two other written proposals submitted by Tasmac, to declare the entire survey and seizures of illegal and forbid Ed from the harassment of its employees, was listed before the Bench of Justices SM Subramaniam and K. Rajasecar on Tuesday (April 1).
At the beginning of the day, Mr. Annalai urged the DMK government to come to meet the requirements of people employed in the weaving sector based in the districts of Coimbatore and Tiruppur.
In another post on social media, Mr. Annamalai referred to a media report on food distributed to students from planned castes and planned tribes. He criticized the state government for the expenses of funds assigned in this respect. He also demanded that the amount allocated to students from these communities to increase their food.
