IPS Satish Golcha, currently sent as the CEO (prison), Delhi, was appointed the Ministry of Internal Affairs by the new Commissioner of the Police for National Capital.
In 1992-IPS, the officer was replaced by SBK Singh, who took another fee as Commissioner 31.

“With the consent of the competent authority, Sh. Satish Golcha, IPS (Agmut: 1992), currently published as CEO (prison), Delhi, this is followed by the attitude of the police commissioner, Delhi with effect from the date of charge and the next order,” reads the Ministry of the Interior.
