Who is Kulman Ghising?

According to the Himalayan Times, Ghising was contrary to the energy, water and irrigation minister Deepak Khadka, who was allegedly dissatisfied with the independent approach of the former.
The government first appointed him in the role of 14 September 2016 for a four -year period. Ghising was re -appointed as CEO of NeA 11 August 2021.
