On Thursday, the Theangana High Court raised a question that the officer was entitled to allow the rocks of rocks in the city.
The bench of the chief judge Aparesh Kumar Singh and the justice GM Mohiuddin, who heard the pet, tried to know within two weeks which wing was competent to agree to blast rocks.
HC took a newspaper report published in 2024 Suo Mot as a petition Pilla and issued a notice to the government looking for details of continuing rock blasting operations in areas near Nyaya Vihar (HC Judge Quarters) in Jubilee Hills.
While he heard a lawsuit on Thursday, CJ noted that Hyderabad was known for his rock formations. He wanted the authority that was competent to agree to the right to blast rocks in this matter. “We want to know who is a competent authority to permit explosions,” CJ said.
The bench also wanted the ministry down and geology to help the court assess and understand the consequences of demolishing the hills to the ground not only in the city, but also in other parts of Telangans. The bench expressed dissatisfaction with the reaction of the government in this matter.
Another general advocate Mohammed Imran Khan informed the bench that the government filed an affidavit within two weeks. The bench published hearing by September 16 and notes that the question that the Office consists of permitting a rock blasting seemed to be a gray area.
