
During his first official visit to the Caribbean nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was warmly welcomed in Trinidad and Tobag in Trinidad and Tobag. As part of his visit, Prime Minister Modi met with members of the Indian community and praised their significant contributions to the development and progress of Trinidad and Tobago.
A visit to Prime Minister Trinidad and Tobagu will pass on a fresh impulse of deeply rooted and historical ties between the two countries, said the Ministry for External Affairs.
Where are Trinidad and Tobago?
Trinidad and Tobago are the nation of the twins-sisters on the southeastern part of West India. It consists of two main islands – Trinidad and Tobago – along with several smaller ones, the country forms the southernmost ties in the Caribbean archipelago and lies right on the north coast of South America.
