Pakistani former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari claimed that Islamabad was unable to find out where the head of Masood Azhar Jaish-E-Mohammed was. The head of the Pakistani People’s Party (PPP) said that Pakistan would be “more than happy” to arrest Azhara if India provides credible information confirming his presence on Pakistani soil.
Bhutto said that Pakistan believes he could also be in Afghanistan.
“As far as Masood Azhar is concerned, we were not able to arrest or identify it. Because of his past in the Afghan Jihad context, it is convinced that he is in Afghanistan,” Bhutto Sreenivasan Jain said in an interview about Alfazeer’s English.
Azhar is one of the most sought -after terrorists in India and was involved in the 2001 parliament attack, 26/11 Attacks, the Pathankot attack in 2016 and the 2019 attack.
India demanded Pakistan to pass Azhar and Lashkar-E-Taba Chief Hafiz Saeed.
“If and if the Indian government shares information with us that it is on Pakistani soil, we would be more than happy to arrest it. The fact is …” Bhutto said in an interview.
Azhar, marked in 2019 by the UN global terrorist, was released in exchange for the IC-814 passengers after the kidnapping of Kandahar in 1999.
Asked why Pakistan would expect or waiting for India to provide information about Azhar, PPP chief said: “When you have a CT (counter -terrorism) cooperation with any country, we provide groups of our concerns, providing groups of our fears.
Bhutto’s PPP is part of the ruling coalition headed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Pakistan.
“Hafiz Saeed is in custody of Pakistan”
“AS FAR AS MAS MAZROOD AZHAR IS CONCERNED, IF He is in Afghanistan, The West Has Now Handed Over To A Group That Once Upon and Time They Called Terrorists and Now The Call the People in Charge of Afghanistan Within Afghanistan.
Bhutto also said that Hafiz Saeed was not a single man in Pakistan. To the New York Times report that Hafiz Saeed is a single man in Pakistan, Bhutto said, “It’s not accurate. It’s really right that Hafiz Saeed is a free man. He’s in relation to the Pakistan State,” he said.
Bhutto’s notes come against the background of India-Pakistan tension after a terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, in which 26 people were killed, mostly tourists.
India responded with a number of cross-border air strikes under the Sindoor operation and focused on the main terrorist nodes, including the Lashkar-E-Taba base in Muridke and Jaish-E-Mohammed’s seat in Bahawalpur.
Azhar claimed that ten of his family members and four close helpers were killed in Indian strokes.
If and if the Indian government shares with us information that it is on Pakistani soil, we would be more than happy to arrest it.
