
Prime Minister Narendra Modi started on Saturday 27th September Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) (BSNL) network magazines.
The project is in line with the PM vision of self -sufficiency and “digital indications”, spans the digital abyss and seizes rural communities.
“The opening reflects the Indian path from dependence on trust, management, export, fiscal recovery and developing the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat,” the Prime Minister said.
More details about the Swadeshi 4G network
- The Swadeshi 4G network is fully based on the cloud -based software and equipped with a design prepared for the future that is smoothly upgrading to 5G.
- The BSNL network towers have been extended in several countries such as Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Assam, Gujarat and Bihar.
- The indigenous 4G BSNL services are designed to most benefit tribal regions, distant villages and hilly areas.
- PM Modi also introduced the Indian 100% 4G saturation network through digital Bharat Nidhi, where 29,000 villages were saturated within the 4G project.
- After this launch, he will also receive 26,700 unconnected villages, including 2,472 in Odisha, in distant, border and left -wing areas of extremism.
- This new installation is ready to serve more than 2 million new subscribers throughout India.
- The project also aims to support electronic management, digital payments, online education, telemedicine and other citizens’ applications, increasing the digital presence of India.
- Together with the 4G magazine, the Prime Minister also commissioned over 97,500 mobile towers, of which 92,600 4G pages built at the price of approximately £37,000 crore.
- These BSNL towers are powered by solar powers, making them the largest Indian cluster of green telecommunications sites and a step forward in sustainable infrastructure.
- This project means India’s input in the ranks of the best telecommunications equipment manufacturers in the world.
What does this project mean for ordinary people?
The aim of the project is to build connectivity throughout the country, so every citizen has access to digital benefits regardless of their geography and background.
“Bihar students will now have trouble -free access to world -class online education. Farmers in Pandjab will receive real -time updates. Mandi prices.
“This 4G infrastructure is thoughtfully designed to encourage every Indian, regardless of their geography or background,” he added.
