Himachal Pradesh
The weather department predicted heavy rains in Chamba, Kangra and Mandi in the next two days. 28th August also issued a yellow warning in Chamba, Lahaul-Spiti, Kangra, Kulla and Mandi. Shimla and Mandi are expected to witness heavy rains on Friday, August 29.
