
On Thursday, the Cabinet provided an administrative sanction for the Wayanad Township project, which was designed to rehabilitate 30 July 2024, the surviving landslide, at an estimated cost of 351.48 Crore.
This amount also includes preliminary expenses, the main Minister of Pinaraya said Vijayana. The approval was subject to the conditions that Kiifcon, the subsidiary of the Kerala Investment Fund (KIIFB), issues technical approval.
Mr. Vijayan laid the cornerstone for the Black Quarter at Elstone Tea Estate within the village of Kalpetta 27th March.
In January this year, the cabinet cleaned the rehabilitation project for building model black neighborhoods on 58.50 hectares on Elstone Estate and 48.96 hectares on the farm. In February, the State Cabinet decided to decide only for Elstone Estate in the first phase of the project.
The Cabinet meeting also decided to issue the Crore 20 Crore to a special Officer of the Černošské district project for the purpose of issuing an advance to the engineering, public procurement and construction (EPC), Cooperative Cooperative Society (ULCCS), once special official and ULCCS Inks.
Prep
The Cabinet commissioned the Committee led by the main secretary to resolve questions related to the development of the Sabarimala Greenfield International Airport. The cabinet also ratified as a decision of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation on the appointment of study consultants PVT LTD, Navi Mumbai, for preparing a detailed project report (DPR) for a fee of 4.33 Crore.
