
Jannik Sinner, fresh from his historical triumph Wimbledon, had a royal meeting. 23-year-old Italian defeated Carlosa Alcaraza in an exciting four-set final-4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4-4 shared a sincere moment after the match with the royal family.
Now, the four -time Grand Slam winner and the first Italian man who claimed the title Wimbledon, Sinner was crowned at the center court and welcomed to the prestigious All England Club. The Prince of Wales and Princess Kate and their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, introduced the trophy, watched from a royal box – a beloved family tradition that faced a tournament.
After his victory, Sinner was seen that the gift had signed the tennis ball George and Charlotte, at the age of 11 and 10. The thoughtful gesture, captured on the camera, quickly enchanted fans online.
Sinner admitted at a press conference after the match that he felt a little nervous during the exchange. “At the beginning I didn’t know what to say,” he said. “I always try to speak very naturally. I asked children if they play tennis and what missiles they use – just a small thing.”

He described this moment as “amazing” and added: “Tennis players are so nice for us to let them watch because it does even more strange.
It was a suitable end of an unforgettable day – both on and outside the pitch.
“Very emotional, though I don’t cry,” Sinner told journalists on Sunday. “I feel emotional, because only me and the people who are close to me are exactly what we have gone through the court and it was all but easy.
“We tried to push through every training session, even though I sometimes behaved mentally. Maybe even more in practice, because I feel like playing a match, I can turn off and just play. I believe it helped me a lot.”
