The complaint filed by Dalia Khatoon includes serious accusations such as attempted murder, criminal plot and attack.The incident was reportedly held in the Sonator area at Department No. 5 in the village of Suri, the Birbhum district, through the disputed land registered in the name of Arshi Jahan, Hasin’s daughter from her first marriage. The tension broke out when Hasin allegedly started construction on the ground that Dalia claimed to be under a legal dispute.
