The New Jersey City Hall meeting unexpectedly turned when the local man started his speech with a break performance, so the participants stun and amused.
The man, identified as Will Thilly, runs as an independent candidate for the Cranford Black Committees. In the now viral video you can see Thilly approaching stage, but stops in the middle to penetrate into a sophisticated dance routine.
