Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu nominated US President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize during their White House.
“When we speak, he creates peace,” Netanyahu told journalists at the beginning of dinner with Trump and other highest officials on Monday. PM Netanyahu said, “In one country and one region after another. So I want to introduce you, Mr. President, a letter I sent the Nobel Committee for the Award. New to you at the price of peace that is deserved and you should get it.”
Trump replied, “Especially from you it’s very meaningful.”
Netanyahu said that Israel, who spoke to reporters at the beginning of their meeting, worked with the United States to find countries that would give Palestinians a better future.
On Monday, Trump hosted Netanyahu for interviews in the White House, while Israeli officials organized indirect negotiations with Hamas aimed at ensuring an American-intermediary agreement on the Gaza ceasefire and hostage agreement.
This has marked Trump’s third personal meeting with Netanyahu since the restoration of the office in January. It also followed closely on the heels of American air strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities that started to support Israeli military events.
Trump claimed that the places were “smoothed”, but the assessment of the damage continues and the place of stay of Iranian enriched uranium supplies is unclear. Trump helped to convey a ceasefire between Israel and Iran to end the fighting and now push the Islamic Republic to return to negotiations.
Shortly thereafter, Trump helped to make a ceasefire that ended the 12 -day conflict between Israel and Iran.
Pakistan expressed his willingness to nominate Trump on Nobel
Last month, Pakistan said he would nominate Trump for the prize and emphasize how foreign leaders understand the best way to get what they want from the US president is to commend him.
Trump has long expressed irritation about the fact that his first predecessor, Barack Obama, won the Nobel Prize in 2009-contact decisions that came in front of Obama, the US troops in Afghanistan grew.
