Police Constable-Breeding-Builder accused of disrupting the “Bhadratha” scheme of his department and more banks on the melody of RS. 2.61 Crore was arrested on Tuesday by the Wanaparthy police.
37 -year -old accused Bandar Rchessh, who after a long holiday for almost nine years joined service, invented documents to secure more loans from three houses, said at the Wanaparthy Superintendent of Police Ravula Giridhar. Using the connection, while serving as a civilian constable, entered the real estate business and created his own business home. First he sold one of the houses in his business to his assistant Sunkari Shekhar. He created false documents that stated that he bought the house from Shekhar and used a loan for housing from the Bhadratha Police Department.
“Using the same details, he produced documents and provided housing loans from Indian Oversteas Bank, HDFC and LIC,” said Sp. With this Modus operandi gathered Rs. 89 Lakh in the form of more banking loans. In the same way he used more housing loans from different banks. The defendant spent most of the money he earned for his rich lifestyle and ended up behind bars, said Mr. Giridhar.
