The Waltair division represented the railway on the east coast (ECOR) at the prestigious Hindi dramatic competition All India, which recently held in Bhusawal and the team won third.
The drama TRUP, selected and nominated by Ecor, has presented a captivating performance of Aakhein, the emotional and evoking depiction of social behavior. The drama tells the story of a blind person who undergoes an eye surgery with the help and support of visually impaired beggars. After regaining his view, he turns unethical to those who stood by him and emphasized complex human emotions and social dynamics. The strong narrative was revived by a talented nine -member cast, whose convincing enactment stole the reflector and gained extensive recognition of judges and audiences. The award was awarded by Dharmaveer Meen, CEO of Central Railway, as recognition of their excellent performance.
He expressed his pride and congratulations, CEO East Coast Railway Parmeshwar Funkwal, divisional railway manager Lalit Bohra, AdRM Operations Manoj Kumar Sahoo, AdRM Infra E Santharam, along with other higher officers, and extended their best wishes for their remarkable achievements.
